Return Conditions
Item Condition
To receive a full refund, the returned item must be in the condition in which you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Return Period
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase (e.g., an order number or a copy of the invoice) must be included with the return.
Return Shipping Costs
We ask that you bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.
How to return an item

Please include our return form, either filled out digitally or as a photo/scan.
You can also conveniently exercise your right of withdrawal electronically via your customer account: Submit withdrawal online. Log in there with your email address and select "Cancel or return" for the relevant order.
Send the package
Pack the item securely and take the package to a drop-off point for the shipping service provider we specified. You must cover the costs for the return shipment.
Refund
As soon as the return has been received and checked by us, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you place a new order for the desired item and return the original item according to our return policy.
