Guidelines for online orders from and to Switzerland
Billing address - Delivery address Switzerland:
If both the billing and delivery addresses of an order are in Switzerland, you will receive a net invoice from us (invoice excluding German VAT).
We are subject to the requirements of the Mühlacker tax office.
Shipping of parcelable goods with DHL Economy
No VAT will be shown on your KAEMP 8848 invoice (billing and delivery address Switzerland).
The import sales taxes, commissions and duties levied by Switzerland are collected by Swiss customs depending on the value of the goods and the weight of the delivery and are to be paid by the recipient (customer) upon acceptance of the package.

Please note the following procedure when paying by bank transfer:
Step 1: Choose SEPA transfer.
Step 2: Select the "OUR" function: Here the sender bears the entire cost. This also includes the fees that the recipient's financial institution charges when the transfer amount is received.
When making the bank transfer, please only use "OUR" . This ensures that the transaction is processed correctly and the shipment is made as quickly as possible.
If SEPA costs are charged to us during invoice verification, we will unfortunately not be able to ship the goods you have ordered until the invoice amount has been fully credited to our account.

Statement on payment by bank transfer
Bank customers who want to transfer money to a neighboring country should pay attention to the type of transfer. When using online banking, financial institutions offer two different options for transferring money: SEPA transfers and international transfers.
The SEPA transfer (Single Euro Payments Area) means something like "Single Euro Payments Area". The standardized SEPA transfers enable euro transfers to other European countries at the same fees as domestic transfers. Consumers only have to provide the recipient's international account number (IBAN number) and the bank number (BIC code or Swift code).
Possible recipient countries are all states of the European Union, the states of the European Economic Area (EEA) as well as Switzerland and Monaco.
